What do I need to install Triniteq’s PowerEPOS?
All you need is a reliable internet connection, a Windows 10 device, and these Minimum Requirements.
Why is Triniteq offering 6 months for free?

We want to support businesses in the Hospitality and Retail industries to recover and grow so we asked our customers what they thought would make the biggest difference and they said reducing overheads is key.

That’s when we came up with this great idea to give our new POS software away for free for a whole 6 months*. That way businesses can save on their POS fees for 6 months while using the latest in POS software technology.

The only thing we ask for in return is that during the promotional period, you answer 4 - 6 Special Questions (written or video) about your experience with PowerEPOS and Triniteq.

Will I be billed?

When you choose PowerEPOS, you get the latest in POS technology free for 6 months (180 days).

We do require a credit card to sign-up but during this time, you will pay nothing for access to the software.

Once the promotional period is over, if you are happy with the software, Triniteq will bill your credit card on the 181st day after the day you sign-up.

If you decide to cancel before the promotional period is over, you will not be billed.

How many POS licenses can I get for free?

As this is an unlimited trial, the offer allows for an unlimited number of licenses to be installed for free. 

From 1 to 50+ POS terminals, get as many licenses as you need, free for 6 months.

This means you can roll out PowerEPOS across your whole business.

Do I have to pay transaction fees?
We don't charge transaction fees.
What if I need support during the offer period?

Included in the offer is an onboarding session to get you up and running, and support for the whole 6 months.

We’ve also provided a comprehensive online training centre full of videos and guides to quickly get you and your staff trained-up and using PowerEPOS.

After the free period, phone and email support are included in our super low-cost monthly license fee.

But remember, PowerEPOS has been designed to be user-friendly so our goal is to get you skilled up and really understanding your POS software and processes so you can rely less on support.

How much is Triniteq’s PowerEPOS after the 6 Months Free Offer has finished?

Once your 6 Months Free Offer period has finished, PowerEPOS is priced at the super low fee of $55.00 (inc GST) per site and first device license. Additional device licenses are just $35 (inc GST) per month.

If you have 6 or more Windows devices (POS terminals, tablets, laptops, etc) you’ll receive our multi-license discount. Contact us for more information.

Our super-low monthly license fee also includes upgrades, and email and phone support in case you need it.

How do I sign-up for the PowerEPOS 6 Months Free Offer?

When you are ready to sign up, just head over to our POS Shop to sign up.

You will need to enter credit card details, but we won’t bill you for 6 months (180 days).

Signing up through our shop will trigger our onboarding process where we'll send you the links to download PowerEPOS, and we schedule an onboarding session with one of our POS specialists to make sure you have everything you need to get up and running fast.

What if I’ve got 6 or more POS terminals or tablets?

For 6 or more Windows 10 devices (POS terminals, tablets, laptops, etc)  just call us on 1300 784 666 to get started.

After the 6-month free period, you will qualify for our multi-license discount reducing your monthly fees.

What if I don’t have a Windows 10 device?

If you need a Windows 10 device, you can either source your own, or we can supply high-quality, competitively priced POS terminals, tablets, and POS hardware bundles including terminals or tablets, receipt printers, and cash drawers.

How can I cancel my PowerEPOS subscription?
If you decide you do not want to become a paying user of our PowerEPOS POS software, you must let us know in writing, by email, to Triniteq Support, at least 7 days before the end of the promotional period.
What happens to my data if I don’t continue after the free period?

Built on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, the same platform as NASA and Netflix, with PowerEPOS your data is super secure.

If you decide not to continue, you can just export your data, and we will erase your account from our system – easy!
